Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The feedback hits inboxes immediately allowing for an instant response time allowing for quicker deployment/resolutions. I love the new AI feature as well for the initial responses.
  • It allows our team to help the guest experience as soon as their is an issue, and not having the guest find an employee to then radio for a manager for them to find a solution and enact one.
  • Cons

  • Due to lack of wifi and overloaded DAS on gamedays sometimes it does not work well.
  • On the app it only gives you the initials of who is replying not the entire name. Sometimes hard to know which of my team is replying.

  • Mailchimp is super easy to use and was a breeze to set up. Everything was very straight forward and the user interface is very nice.
  • I liked that I had never used any type of service like this before and it made it very simple for my husband and I to reach out to folks who were interested in our business.
  • Cons

  • Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.
  • Customer support was terrible and when i misunderstood how to use the platform they terminated the relationship because of spam.
