- Having instant, constructive feedback allows us to recognize outstanding employees as well as improve our customer experience. I also love the templates that allow us to respond to customer comments.
- I know there are many other use cases than how we used Medallia but I found the experience easy to navigate and straight forward to understand customer and internal NPS scores and feedback.
Cons
- You have to be discerning about how much detail you want to know, it can get overwhelming quickly. We use it to find the places we have missed the mark.
- Only cons is sometimes medallia c loud will highlight red words that are good.it supposed to only high bad things in red.
Pros
- Responsive team in supporting any short requirements, and any issues with user claims.
- I personally liked the feature where gift cards are segregated based on different categories. The customer support is easy to use.
Cons
- I would suggest it can reduce the traffic a bit as the app was a bit slow when I used once...it can be because of the network but m not sure.
- Some offer are vague & not very clear, sometimes difficult to understand if the offers are applicable.
