There's no new tab option , all activity you have to do in same tab , number of repetition in same tab.

The touchpoint functionalities are also helpful to carry out handovers among CSMs. They are a great asset to log important information of the accounts.

I find students leave comments which suggest they need further support, and this was frustrating as it appeared we couldn't support with this.
