The software is straightforward and the interface is easy to learn, but the tech support team is downright AMAZING.

Features are a bit weak, but hopefuly they will upgrade it soon.

But the most valuable feature is the ability for the app to advise on which emails have failed to be processed, call them out and allow for new templates to be created solving the issue.

Some emails that are marked as verified, still bounce indicating the account is no longer in use. This happens only abut 10% of the time.

The information can be severely outdated. That is a major issue with all prospecting software, though.

The lack of consistently updated contact information. I find myself spending more time updating bad domains for prospects then I do benefitting from getting their information on the first pass.
