The constant updates and suggestions from users across the country is a great way to make it perfect for us users.

Costly for annual maintenance. The hold time for customer service is sometimes lengthy.

I like the format of the schedule, the treatment planning is very straight forward, and it is easy to write notes/navigate a patient's chart.

I like dentrix because once you get to navigate it then it really is a great software that helps the practice in multiple ways.

We need more pre-block options for the appointment book / scheduling to template. We have to create an event and that is annoying.

Really like working with dentrix, the hot buttons are the best part due to how quickly I can set tx plans up for the front office.

It is very user friendly. It will help with all aspects of the office.

I view several different dental lab forms in this is by far the best. Everything can be customised To your liking.

How easy is it to get help when needed being able to speak or talk with a rep is easy and can be accessed with ease.

This software is very compatible with most computer programs, has great tools to work with and is backup by great costumer service.

There are some glitches at times and this can make for a bad day.

The only thing I can say is after updates sometimes it can be hard to adjust. Running into some features not working correctly.

What I liked most about Dentrix is that so many of the features are so user friendly for the entire dental staff.

Dentrix costumer service is rally good and they are good with helping you answer the concerns or questions you have.

User friendly, Easy to navigate from one module to another - plus more than one person can be in a patient's file at a time.

I love how powerful it is, the more information you put into it, the more you are able to get out of it.

If I have to choose to work in a dental practice, I turn down jobs that run off of Dentrix. It’s frustrating to use & makes me job more difficult as well as stressful.

A little less than a year ago we switched to another program as they offered a little bit of a cheaper price. Biggest mistake we have ever made.

We have cut down on reminder phone calls and no-shows due to this software.

Overall I really like Lighthouse, I have patients mention all the time how helpful and necessary the reminders are.

After many persistent calls from a Lighthouse 360 rep we gave it a try, I really love many of the features they have that others don’t have.

Over all mostly helpful at the time we started, then less effective in preventing cancellations. Too many limitations on wording of messages.

My overall experience with Lighthouse 360 has been very positive. I would definitely recommend it to any dental office.

Ease of confirming appointments is good; recall management is good; customizing reminder frequency is good.

I love that i do not have to confirm appointments anymore. The software is so simple and user friendly.

Easy to use and anytime I have a questions they are always quick to help get it resolved.

We liked the ability to easily reach out to our patients individually or with a large scale email blast.

Very poor customer service, long hold time when you call for questions, for last 2 month they have had a problem sending Emails to patients, and they have not fixed the issue as of now.

I like all of the features of Lighthouse 360. It is very user friendly.

Intra office messaging wasn’t really something we used or needed and I felt this feature distracted my employees more than it benefited them.

The features that our office likes most about Lighthouse is the ability to send out  last minute appointment availability when there is a cancellation in our schedule.

Customer service is amazing unlike what we experienced with our last software.

Mail blast software is too cumbersome and does not have features to cancel an blast when it is not working. Customer service once I reported the problem was dismal, rude and uncaring.

I really like that this software is easy to navigate. Things are pretty straight forward and self explanatory.

Templates are too restrictive. The worst failure is when I needed them the most which is when I needed them to help me contact patients about important, life-saving  messages about the Corona Virus.

The whole purpose we pay for this service is to be able to use it to connect with patients and giving patients in 2019 the option to opt out is annoying when I cannot contact them.

I love how easy it was to integrate Lighthouse into our existing software, and how simple and easy it is to use.

Although very convenient to use, there are still errors in regards to whether an appointment has been properly confirmed or not. Sometimes it says confirmed and it has not been).

So many other email blast services worked for others, LightHouse FAILED big time.

Lighthouse 360 is good for what it is (patient communication software). Great for texting with patients and setting up a reminder system.

Great price and no contract with the company like others.

There were not even apologetic about it and did not provide responses to my concerns other than a generic we are aware of it and working on it. I has  been a week and half and no response.
