  • Pros

  • Love that there are so many different forms and versions that you can choose what best suits your office. The G series is exceptional, and in my opinion the best.
  • This system is very good, it works amazingly well, its reliable, and their customer service is great.
  • Dentrix costumer service is rally good and they are good with helping you answer the concerns or questions you have.
  • Cons

  • The only thing I can say is after updates sometimes it can be hard to adjust. Running into some features not working correctly.
  • People make mistakes and once the month is closed you cannot fix patient balances without having to make a bunch of adjustments that are confusing to patients.
  • If I have to choose to work in a dental practice, I turn down jobs that run off of Dentrix. It’s frustrating to use & makes me job more difficult as well as stressful.

  • Lighthouse 360 is good for what it is (patient communication software). Great for texting with patients and setting up a reminder system.
  • It is a great software for confirmations, and recall. It definitely has helped to improve our patient scheduling.
  • I like all of the features of Lighthouse 360. It is very user friendly.
  • Cons

  • The whole purpose we pay for this service is to be able to use it to connect with patients and giving patients in 2019 the option to opt out is annoying when I cannot contact them.
  • They are not able to "mask" the number used to confirm as the office number if it is a voIP line, which was also disappointing.
  • A little less than a year ago we switched to another program as they offered a little bit of a cheaper price. Biggest mistake we have ever made.
