Integration was a bit challenging as DecoNetwork is not specifically designed for engravers, but with the help of online tutorials and videos we got it up and running in a snap.

The ease to use it, we love that we take care of more time with customers that doing quotes.

Instead of keeping our quotes and art imbedded in various email accounts, we can integrate the information in Deco and find it easily.

What impresses me most is their continual improvement. Even in our 1-2 years with them, they have improved so much.

Could have integrations (or apps) with web and eCommerce platforms: Wix, Ecwid, etc. A bit hard to setup more complex elements such as shopping cart, etc.

None that I can think of, we use a number of payment gateways/merchants etc. and FastSpring is never one we would choose, we inherited it from an acquisition.

Hate hate hate the font size of the customer URL... its small and  have to adjust it manually to normal size each time I email a customer a copy.
