Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • This is basically a fancy version of excel, but much appreciated. It is great for collaboration and has a good android & iOS app.
  • What I like most about GoDaddy is that it's simple to use and provides plenty of features for your site. On top of that, it has wonderful customer service.
  • The articles/blog posts are amazing. They cover so many topics and are pretty good with having an answer to anything you need to know.
  • Cons

  • The software is kinda annoying to use because it's overwhelming. There are to many options and it's a little confusing when you don't know what everything does.
  • I found out how little i knew and struggled to understand the platform. This was a long time ago but i finally has to switch to another company as it was too confusing.
  • I requested a refund the day after purchasing in which i was told that the trial period ended, and the customer service ignored my complaint asking for a screen shot of a frozen screen.

  • Pros

  • I add products and I also create coupons for these products according to client requirements. My overall experience with this is really awesome, I am really happy and satisfied with WooCommerce.
  • Me and my clients and my developer are very happy and familiar with woocommerce, so we are really happy to suggest this solution as the opportunity arises.
  • It has a lot in its favor, it has been used for many years and it is getting better and better, easy installation, integration, it is a very simple tool to use and customize.
  • Cons

  • The order management is very complicated. Can be difficult for the ones who have less or no experience in the web development field.
  • Can be very confusing with all the thousand plugins you must use to keep it running. It updates to a new version to much.
  • Upgrades often happen and when a non developer encounters conflict from upgrades they need a developer to fix it, it would be better if clients or non-developer can fix any upgrade conflicts.
