There are frequent updates which can be confusing. Wording/names of buttons will change with no warning.

The interface of the software is so good and attractive. It enables an easy payment processing and it helps in creating online stores easily without diffuclties.

Its ability to allow multiple people to log in such as employees or other people allowed to make sales with such ease is wonderful.

The support was responsive and the number of plugins is pretty outstanding for a platform this sized.

Shopify is hard to get a grasp on and you often do not know there is a problem with your marketplace until money is lost on the issue.

Greatest benefit is the Growth of the options offered and Shopify helps the user-business owner of the site use awesome marketing tools and apps.

Shopify is really fantastic. At first I was put off by the cost but the ease of use and customer service is excellent.

My overall experience with Shopify has been great and I am loving what it is doing for my business.

The adult novelty shop was killed when the credit processing was pulled leaving our client dead in the water.

This is a great ecommerce CMS and has great integrations to help any small business. Tip: The forums are actually very useful.

Shopify offers the best eCommerce solution with good competitive pricing. It is a safe and trusted bet for emerging businesses.

But on the admin level, it does show it's connected and we don't know why it has that difference. So the user option is limited and has misinformation.

The ability to track sales, and collect funds virtually anyway possible is great. Their customer service and care is way better than most companies.

Actually there are no many disadvantages or problems with Shopify. Premium subscription is a little costly.

The online guides are helpful, and the system is amazing. They take care of payments, orders, and marketing.

It has a good degree of flexibility to allow you to customize your front end - but the main plusses are the ease of creating an inventory and the eCommerce integration.

Customer service is great and super friendly. They are available during odd-hours, which gives us store owners more confidence.

Overall I enjoy the ease of use with Shopify and my customers are happy with their shopping experience.

I liked that it was very easy to use, lots of tutorials and guidance on how to use it to the best of your ability.

Shopify has been really good to me. the customer service is good and it's fast and easy for my customers to use to buy off my website.

Overall, we have had nothing but positive experiences with Shopify. I think that it is a great program, and is mostly user friendly for those who are not super tech-savvy.

The only complaint I have is that  I have to pay 30 bucks or more a month to use it depending on the package.

It can be hard sometimes to make changes on a design end, you can be blocked in by templates which can be frustrating especially changing between mobile and desktop.

The small budget to start , and the tools that helps you to get more sales in your store. And the amazing templates that were really professional and helpful for my costumers.

Shopify is one of the best, if not the best, online store builder. It is so easy to use, have great analytics and the set up team is awesome.

Integration with CRMs can be a hit or miss. Integrating with Agile CRM over the years has been getting worse with some clients just giving up.

We upload our transactions on a monthly basis rather than using the live feed. It has been working great until recently.

I think many will upgrade to the full version in time. From what I can tell, it is the best value.

I love not having to buy an expensive enterprise software solution. TaxCloud works seamlessly across multiple platforms and is designed to scale with my business needs.

TaxCloud seems to have been improved significantly with a better UI.

Supper easy integration and amazing product compared to other services.

Before I was even able to access the full functionality I received an invoice for a time period before I even had signed up for taxcloud. They admitted it was erroneous and corrected it.

The best is it is up to date in all city and local taxes that can change in an instance. We saved some money from a local tax that had expired.

It should make dealing with taxes easy, but the setup and end user experience is horrible. Not sure how you can have a company function with this type of customer service.

At first customer service seems a concern. However, this is short lived once the immediate anxiety of employing a new service is overcome.

Support and customer service really matters, and TaxCloud severely lacks it. This entire experience shows me that they care more about their monthly charges than keeping satisfied customers.

So far so good, they have been responsive to my support questions and have made handling sales tax easy for my ecommerce store.

Weeks go by with no responses to calls or emails.

It appears to be better than most as far as a learning curve. I did not use it as too much, as I have decided to retire.

Easy integration with shopping cart. Well documented user and technical guides.

TaxCloud is hard to compare with competitors because I've only ever used them. In my limited experience with TaxCloud I didn't notice anything to be missing that I needed.

Overcharged by $1k over the course of 2 months and refuse to talk to me, answer the phone or resolve the issues. They will change your subscription and there is no way to revert.

The service has been completely re-engineered and is much improved. The new reporting and customer interface are superior to anything else on the market.

The concept is wonderful, your account is easy to understand, the map  and sales tax information is great.

Software integrated well. Problems caused mayhem with no fix.

Difficult to determine if uploads have been received at Tax Cloud.

I tried the paid option and it worked wonderfully at first.

Sometimes with the integration with our ERP we have noticed conflicting sales taxes.

I love the ease of which it works when it works. But when you do need help it is virtually impossible to receive it timely.

Very poor customer service - takes days to respond to technical issues.

Before their pricing model changed, it was a perfect solution for small companies who needed just the basics of sales tax support. It was fairly easy to integrate, and reported accurately.

I have been using tax cloud and still am for over 4 years now they have great Service great prices and good work.

Integration into Odoo CRM was easy. TaxCloud is perfect for those who have very little technical skills or low skills in accounting this software will assist in reports and calculations for you.

While the actual software works fine, I absolutely cannot recommend a company that treats their customers like this.

However, as of now, almost two months later they repeatedly say they will get back to me with an update and fail to follow through.

I was so excited about the service.I filled everything out, I added my bookkeeper, I read a bunch of great information, learned about a few of the states and their  the tax laws.
