Pros/Cons
Pros
- My experience has been wonderful. I needed a software that was HIPAA compliant, affordable and easy to use.
- Trial was easy to navigate and use... customer service and tech support are responsive, informed, and patient. The cost and quality comparison are not even close, eSign Genie is a Win.
- The fact that I can set up templates very quickly, its super user friendly, and has super helpful guides / faqs.
Cons
- The only downside I've experienced is that you have to manually drag each box onto the document instead of doing a copy+paste or click to add.
- I was working on a contract that needed a few additional edits after it was sent, and I found it a little confusing how to do this.
- We'd then print, sign, scan AGAIN and email the fully executed copy to the client. Often, we'd end up losing the saved file (poor organization on our part).
Pros
- Previously I would accept an email instead of a signature but this is just waaaay better. And the people I send it to appreciate the ease of use.
- And I love the fact that the free version allows up to 5 contracts/documents per month for free. That's an amazing value for a business owner who flys solo.
- What I like most about the software is the ability to save templates and use those for other people to sign.
Cons
- The major downside of eversign is you are limited to five (5) documents per month. This restriction may be quite limiting to some users who require more documents to send per month.
- My only complaint would be that the radio buttons are a little difficult to manipulate.
- I hate having software that is free, but with a limited number of uses.
