Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Very user friendly, ease of use, The customer and us found it very reliable

  • It is very easy to use and can allow for multiple signatures and other data to be filled in electronically. Sending files is a breeze.

  • Cons

  • Setting up the document may not be the easiest task but once you get it set up you are good to go.

  • It works decently with our management system but I wished it could do more. No real con's with the software itself, just wished it could sync a little more with our programs.

  • Pros

  • The program is quite easy to use and navigate. And it appears my clients find it easy to use as well. I've never had any complaints or questions from them.

  • I love the ease of use for someone like myself who is not incredibly technical. I also love that it has made our sign-off process very simple, automated and streamlined.

  • Cons

  • Wish it was easier to delete multiple documents at once, but that is a minor inconvenience in comparison to the great features this does have.

  • For work there was no way other then manually to take the information and be able to put it in a database, that still had to be done manually
