My experience has been great. We don't have an overly complicated marketing plan and this does everything that we need it to do.

Great for hosting multiple account instances, dedicated IP address, and easy to navigate.

Locked into a major contract, which even with their lack of performance, is tough to leave. Their UI is really, really bad.

I have used and reviewed many tools, but i will say Act-On is my favorite. Easy to use, and the best customer service of any of it's competitors.

It’s been a great tool but because we couldn’t utilize all the features internally, we had to hire a consultant.

Main dislike: More personalization for our sales force to view how their customers are responding.

They have been limited on their choices of stock email templates, but in August 2014, they are releasing a new builder, which should fix this tiny problem.

Their support is amazing now that they have the live chat option.

Our sales team is massively impressed with the capabilities and insights that Act-on provides through the integration with our CRM tool.

Ease of use and template share between markets is great.

Customer support is excellent, and the constant release of point upgrades and additional, no-charge functionality is awesome. We have massively improved the quality and volume of qualified leads.

Unfortunently there was no integration with our Sage CRM so in ways we were automating but then just creating more manual work on our part because of the lack of integration.

Reporting is quite good and easy to understand. Love the continuous product improvements that are made.

Great Automation Program, Especially for SugarCRM Users.

The product and Customer Support are great. Act-On was our company's first marketing automation platform, and there are others out there, but I think our decision was a good one.

This was disappointing and one of the reasons we bought it. No improvements have been made recently.

Our sales team loves Act-On, and how much control they have over what they see, and we in marketing love the intuitive interface and the ease of setting up nurturing campaigns.

This software has great features. Act On is easy to use with the available instructions and other help information.

Decent if you already have it and infrequently email. There are better solutions at lower prices.

My favorite piece is the email marketing (including their fantastic A/B testing), and their automated programs. Integrates extremely well with Salesforce.

Usability is very bad, and support is not very helpful when things are malfunctioning.

Since the very beginning of our relationship with Act-On, they have been helpful and have always been improving the product. It is a very intuitive tool and makes marketing fun and effective.

Overall, Dynamics CRM is the biggest problem; however, if Act-On is going to support its integration with the platform, it has to better understand it. Besides that, I like the tool.

Need more some updates! it sometimes lags when it browsing different sites and options.

We switched to Act On to be able to take advantage of setting up automated campaigns based on user behavior both in our emails and on our website.

Act-On has supplied us with a platform to create quality looking emails and marketing materials with ease.

The platforms has some strong segmentation abilities and offers a lot of integrations with other tools.

Overall I would give Act-On a low pass. The issues with customer service, slightly overpriced and the lack of proper development plagued my experience.

Once you learn it, you realize how nice of a tool it is. Email campaigns, lead scoring, assessing total voice of customer -- it's all there.

Ease of use, intuitive navigation, integration with other services (Youtube, for example, and Google drive), works super well on mobile.

I enjoy Gmail because it connects up with my calendar and is able to be on my phone and browser. Functionality is overall wonderful.

They just fall short and Gmail always wins. Ease of use across multiple platforms is the best reason for using.

This awesome tool is the best one I've encountered since it's exceptionally good.

I love that Gmail is easy to use and has great features. It has auto-complete, it is easy to organize folders and search, and the interface is great.

I have used Hotmail, yahoo, and the likes but Gmail has so far been the best of them all. Plus it is great that it integrates across other google software offerings like photos and drive.

I also receive a lot of spam and I'm tired of it.

First of all i can say i like everything because i have used Gmail for like forever and its been the best. Its quickly with the responses and help and its very simple to use and most of  all its free.

I love its user friendliness and its simplicity, I connected it to my phone for both personal & business use.

The feature that I like the best is the ability to schedule out outgoing emails.

I have had gmail for at least 10 years now and it is great. It is one of the leading email chains out there which is appealing.

I love that I get immediate alerts and I can have multiple email addresses in the sale app. Super easy to juggle personal and business emails.

I really liked the set of capabilities also the integrations between google products with each other. The free storage and the simplicity of the friendly user interface as well.

I love that I am able to file my emails into different categories. I also love the ease of being able to send emails and to receive them and they go into their designated categories.

Its been 5+ years and i am very very happy so far. I had an issue once and i contacted the customer service, they were amazing too.

In my previous company we switched from Outlook to Gmail and I was SOOOO against it. I was nervous that I'd have to learn how to use email again.

I love gmails ease of use, it's free price tag, as well as its popular and wide spread use all over the globe.

The only downside is the access to the Spam folder that needs to be expanded to view, making it difficult for ordinary users to find.

Security issues like spam mail and some unwanted mails irritating. Once user share with someone every time unwanted notifications are really irritated.

I love google they always help out when needed very user friendly all the time love it.

It is very easy to use and has a great performance. I have used it for more than 10 years and always happy with the performance.

I dont like that its hard when don’t remember password to get it again. But I think its more mu problem than gmail’s.

I dislike that Gmail does not always filter Spam correctly. Sometimes, valid emails end up in my Spam folder.

I love that is linked with all google apps, and the simplicity of logging in another device, while still having all your stuff. The customer support is top notch.

The one thing that I dislike  the most is all the spam emails I receive. Even after deleting them I always seem to have tons of spam in my mailbox.

I have been very happy with Gmail. It has integrated well in my computer with my personal and business emails.

Sometimes when i use gmail it has some problems with log in and i have to change my password and it makes me some discomfort.

I have several accounts that work together seamlessly and the best part, is that it is cost effective and user friendly.
