Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • AutoPilot is an amazing piece of software, it just works and works well. They achieve exactly what they promise and it is a joyful user experience.

  • I like the ease of use with this software. It is easy to toggle between searching formats and to find customers.

  • Cons

  • The integrations are great but I wish they had even more! A Drift integration and Stripe integration would be huge.

  • UI can be difficult to navigate between journeys. Statistics page is nice, but also difficult to get the whole picture when running multiple journeys. Difficult to measure a A/B split.

  • Pros

  • It is relatively easy to use. The support has been good so far.

  • It works.. Once set up everything is in place, send test mail, adjust, send again, adjust... as many times as you like... then send and it works instantly with statistics that are always instant!

  • Cons

  • The one thing that is bothersome is the "touchiness" of being locked out - but I totally get the reasoning

  • It's a bit of a complicated process, at first, to figure out how to set up an email. Once you've done it a few times it's great, but it's not overly intuitive.
