Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • AutoPilot is an amazing piece of software, it just works and works well. They achieve exactly what they promise and it is a joyful user experience.

  • I like the ease of use with this software. It is easy to toggle between searching formats and to find customers.

  • Cons

  • The integrations are great but I wish they had even more! A Drift integration and Stripe integration would be huge.

  • UI can be difficult to navigate between journeys. Statistics page is nice, but also difficult to get the whole picture when running multiple journeys. Difficult to measure a A/B split.

  • Pros

  • It is easy to use and configure. Tons of great features. Amazing support and staff. Support base is fantastic with their knowledge base, videos, blogs and resources.

  • Love the UI, the simplicity of the setup, the training / onboarding videos, and the ease-of-use. It's a great tool. Also, the visual template builder is great.

  • Cons

  • Dashboard UI could be better. It is little difficult to first get started and to be familiar with. But once you start sending emails it become easy.

  • I wish the html editor was easier to use but it gets the job done.
