Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I find it pretty easy to use and manage contact lists.
  • We have a few units who run their own newsletters but they are not communicators, so it's nice to have the opportunity to build out templates for them and let them populate them.
  • Cons

  • When an email is rejected it goes into an invalid file and you cannot just move it back - you have to delete and then re-enter unless you get the customer support.
  • Which is sometimes confusing as whether you're actually using the most recent draft.

  • Pros

  • Ease of use, intuitive navigation, integration with other services (Youtube, for example, and Google drive), works super well on mobile.
  • I enjoy Gmail because it connects up with my calendar and is able to be on my phone and browser. Functionality is overall wonderful.
  • Cons

  • I also receive a lot of spam and I'm tired of it.
  • The only downside is the access to the Spam folder that needs to be expanded to view, making it difficult for ordinary users to find.
