Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • We love Klaviyo and have found it to be easy to use and has all the features and characteristics that we needed for less money than other similar providers.

  • Klaviyo makes it super easy to segment customers based on any number of attributes. This has been such a great feature that I can really get granular about my audience.

  • Cons

  • Their onboarding process could be easier They have tutorials but they're fuzzy and should be made available with webinars being an option.

  • Support is excellent however can be a little delayed waiting for email replies. Pricing can also be hard to understand when you first start using with cost per contact.

  • Pros

  • Ease of use and great customer service. Their backup service is fantastic

  • Very easy software and for me that I'm not so pro digital. Also very helpful and creative the templates

  • Cons

  • Missing a few integrations, but that is an easy work around with Zaps.

  • Landing pages is extra - but you can't have it all for free which is fine. They partner with other softwares and promote those integrations which is fine too.
