Pros
- Very easy to use with 365 and exchange, multiple ways to setup authentication, customer support is super fast.
- An amazing feature is the possibility to scan through junk emails at the end of the day in case an important email gets mixed up with junk ones.
Cons
- Customers were annoyed to call us for emails they expected but other than that it did its job for catching bad emails.
- While automatic updates are convenient, there were a couple of instances, when the updates were corrupted, resulting in blocking all of my mail.
Pros
- I also love the gamification as I am super competitive and don't want my streak to end.
- The product is incredibly intuitive, with a nice UI and the internal competition gives a nice incentive for all to keep be cautious about received emails. It is well integrated with the Google suite.
Cons
- I am overall very satisfied with the product but I have noticed an instance where a HoxHunt training email appeared to be sent to spam (which defeats the purpose).
- Some of the emails look fake for you to know right away without using the software to process.
