Pros
- Very easy to use with 365 and exchange, multiple ways to setup authentication, customer support is super fast.
- An amazing feature is the possibility to scan through junk emails at the end of the day in case an important email gets mixed up with junk ones.
Cons
- Customers were annoyed to call us for emails they expected but other than that it did its job for catching bad emails.
- While automatic updates are convenient, there were a couple of instances, when the updates were corrupted, resulting in blocking all of my mail.
Pros
- I love the fact that the UI is clean, and best of all, no external remote images are displayed in the emails by default.
- Protonmail is easy to use and helps me ensure confidential emails are safe. The new drive is also helpful for storing documents.
Cons
- BUT IF you move to a paid VPN service and for any reason, your card fails to renew the VPN, THEN they are ALSO blocking the INBOX to your email account until you pay for the VPN.
- I've noticed that notifications seem to lag a bit, almost two minutes after an email hits your inbox. This can be frustrating if you are emailing someone back and forth in real time.
