Using Egress on a daily basis not only wastes inordinate amounts of time but also causes significant problems trying to locate record of communications which have long term negative effects.

There is minimal training required. I also like the prompts that appear even when I don't want to encrypt.

Price, the price for office365 is excellent, you can add a healthy margin and still have a very good price for the customer. Interface, easy to navigate.

Initially I was uneasy about the price...until you calculate the cost of deleting and unsubscribing  emails and spam.
