What I can say unequivocally is that  I really dislike this product and have made my impressions known to the MCO.

The Proof of Value was easily implemented and moving from POV to production was done with help of Egress support. We implemented the solution step by step to minimize impact on the organisation.

Using Egress on a daily basis not only wastes inordinate amounts of time but also causes significant problems trying to locate record of communications which have long term negative effects.

Its ease of use, the fact that recipients can use its functionality for free.

Egress Intelligent Email Security - Does what it says.

There is minimal training required. I also like the prompts that appear even when I don't want to encrypt.

Zoho Mail is a great alternative to the popular email service, it is quite easy to use and has a lot of functionality. It is easy to access and its intuitive interface makes it easy to adapt.

Overall, I really like Zoho Mail. It helps us cut the costs down for emails a lot because they offer generous service plans which other companies charge a lot more.

It's hard to really complain about something that doesn't cost anything.

Our overall experience with Zoho was pretty good — it was reliable, had the basic functionality we needed, and most importantly was FREE for us.

Its simple and easy to use and the the support desk has been great on the few occasions I needed it. There are a bunch of good apps that come bundled-in with the Zoho mail.

The biggest con I find in Zoho Mail is that sometimes its spam filters fails to classify what is spam and what is not.

The way to open the account sometimes seems confusing, it could be more intuitive.

The initial setup was a little confusing, but I think that was due to my own lack of knowledge at the time when it came to MX Records, etc.

I really love the pricing as some other tools like google or outlook are more expensive and they have the same features.

That was the time when I started to search for some alternative and luckily found Zoho. I was really amazed to see the features of Zoho mail and I quickly switched over to Zoho.

Their pricing is also pretty cheap which is very nice.

It keep showing error and can not correctly even after i am following the instruction that they provide in the manual.

Adding and setting a new email domain with this software is very hard and confusing for the first time i am trying to do it.

Setting up the account was the most annoying thing, but other than that, I have not experienced any issues with Zoho mail.

Zoho has a great user interface the likes of google at an amazing prize which makes it a product of choice.

My experience with Zoho Mail was a good one, and I still use it daily and will be a user for a very long time. When coupled with the rest of the Zoho suite of products, it is superb.
