Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • We love how streamlined V4 is from start to finish , our engineers on site have used other CRM systems but found this system to be the most simplest and easiest to use .

  • Ease of finding customer details and records of previous work. Planning ongoing work. Certificates kept safe and easy to produce Technical back up and knowledge Knowledge base

  • Cons

  • The importing of a current database and the uploading of parts can be long winded. but once done its very good

  • Can't see any cons with the software or support. Slightly frustrating to run out of space, but that is being resolved.

  • Pros

  • Super user friendly, easy to set up and use. The phone app worked great and gave me most of the functionality of the desktop version.

  • Easy to use, great customer support, easy to set up.

  • Cons

  • Price for pro package could be a little cheaper, but I wouldn't call it "over priced".

  • Some of the credits/syncing can be difficult, however, they are constantly working on improvements and updates.
