Pros
- The information this captures and collects is also impressive, along with scheduling inspections, and assigned works this product is extremely helpful.
- Having used other tree management systems for years I was blown away how fast and intuitive Forestree is. The customer support is great.
Cons
- Limited character space when entering detailed inspection notes and work notes. Not all trees required detailed nots, but some trees do.
- Need for an 'EDIT' option to correct/amend/change any information that may have been missed of an correction needs to be done to update.
Pros
- Housecall Pro helps facilitate the scheduling, dispatching and invoicing of all our customers. Easy to use and it is nice to have a data base, historical record of each customer to easily go back to.
- I like ease of use, price and the great customer service & support. I had looked at & tried other software but this one fit all of my needs.
Cons
- No real problems but the interface is kind of boring. But that is just being nitpicky.
- Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.
