It's a great inexpensive app which is easy to use, constantly being improved and is very well supported by their customer service team.

Instead of being able to change routes or add stops on the mobile app, I had to access it through a laptop.

Great experience overall. M a loyal circuit customer at this stage and plan to renew my subscription any time an optimization software is necessary for myself and/ or my company.

For BENT UG the circuit app is the best way to optimize routes in a easy way, without having a special service or expensive IT administration or external support.

Did everything that my organization needed. Highly recommend if you need a tool that'll provide you with the capabilities to map out a ton of routes and destinations.

The GPS Sometimes puts addresses in other areas of the city, but if you don't catch it you could send the driver to the wrong house miles away from where they should be.

We like that our customer can see what is coming their way and when, that our customer service team can see the driver in real time and that we can all see what packages have been delivered.

Landscaping has its own challenges, and technology certainly is one of them.

Route optimization is critical to our business. Circuit does a good job at this.

Glitches and shenannigans are minimal. Team is wonderful in discussing issues, problems and work arounds.

Occasionally (only a handful of times) a similar, incorrect address has been ripped from circuits to Google maps and sent drivers to the wrong place.

The reason we found the app was due to the COVID crisis and our charity decided to deliver food parcels.

It's difficult to talk about what I don't like about circuit because unfortunately I feel that I haven't gotten the most out of it, which is a shame because our operation has improved a lot.

When you choose first stop, it takes you to it but then will direct you all the back to the second stop which could be farthest away rather than rerouting to make the next closest stop, stop 2.

A winner app, they have great support and it’s just an awesome product.

We took on a new contract which meant a delivery scheduler was required, we then looked at options and Circuit looked like the best fit, we now have 2 drivers and use the software every day.

The product is easy to use, easy to import the list of addresses. The routes were saved so that we can always go back and check in the future.

After the demo we went to Industry specific routing app for landscaping, but the guys couldn't figure it out. For the back and it's very very easy to use and configure.

As a small business owner with small margins relying on local delivery to sustain my business, it's painful to spend so much on an app.

The cost that we pay per month is $200, and I get routing and customer notifications. I also pay $65 a month for Zoho CRM.

I can add drivers and remove them as needed and I am pro-rated on my costs. The software uses Google Maps and is user friendly.

Sure enough, the user-friendly nature of the app is amazing. A simple spreadsheet upload, where the rows are mapped and the route is designed.

The one component of the app that was more an inconvenience than an actual issue was being able to log into the mobile app as an administrator.

The route optimisation was by far one of my most favourite features and the customer notifications. Being able to have an app to optimise driver routes for you can save many hours of work.

The program is very easy to learn and is a great source for our company. The company is also easy to get ahold with any questions and they get to you very quickly with a solution.

The scheduled routes feature is messed up. In regards to the process for returning parts, we need to put in the part number and the line code.

The driver tracking and GPS systems on the app are not the best and sometimes take our drivers to the wrong locations. It also allows drivers to get off the app so we can no longer track them.
