  • Pros

  • The ease of use makes this software the best that I have used. I have been in the fire service for 16 years.
  • Easy to operate and access from anywhere. Data repository is awesome backing up any data put into the library.
  • Cons

  • My biggest gripe about Emergency Reporting is that there isn't a section for vehicle information in the reporting section of it.
  • I also miss the Autotask feature (reports would run themselves daily/weekly/monthly, etc) that I had with my previous vendor.

  • I liked the ease of Use and set up associate with this software. I also like the versatility of the setup that could be tailored to my business requirements.
  • It is easy to use, does everything we require from the software.
  • Cons

  • The help functions give you the most basic things but there is no flesh on the bones. This means that it is a try and fail scenario to get to the outcomes you are seeking.
  • Website is sometimes slow to load which is frustrating when you need to quickly login to check something.
