Pros
Helps to manage assets and schedules quite well. Tracking is simple to use and nice and functional.
An additional bonus with FIIX is that the support team is vey friendly and helpful in answering any questions and resolving any issues.
Pros
Housecall Pro helps facilitate the scheduling, dispatching and invoicing of all our customers. Easy to use and it is nice to have a data base, historical record of each customer to easily go back to.
I like ease of use, price and the great customer service & support. I had looked at & tried other software but this one fit all of my needs.
Cons
No real problems but the interface is kind of boring. But that is just being nitpicky.
Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.
