Perfect timing to move into paperless, once we got through set-up and training, we appreciate the efficiency of ATOM.

My experience has been very good with the product, the portability & the data collaboration are excellent.

We love the ease of using Atom and being able to speed up the billing process and get accurate invoices out faster.

Difficult to make changes to transactions when closed.

It has been great aside from a few glitches here and there, but help always responds right away to help get through the issues.

We also love that the Fleet Cost & Care team is always willing to help us in coming up with enhancements/customizations to increase overall efficiency or solve a recurring problem.

Inability to retract and edit documents after export.

First and foremost, we like that our billing and payroll can be turned around within hours with the use of ATOM and electronic tickets. The benefits are immeasurable.

Poor job of keeping track of customer notes, project notes, contact information. This software needs a CRM module.

I love the simplicity and ease of use costumer service is great.

Currently we can no longer add files to the system. There seems to be some disconnect in what ITS dispatch sales offers and what the system can actually do.

Limited in the necessary load entry data and very limited in the drivepay options.

There is no support available for problems on weekends. Bill of Ladings need to be more customizable.

Pros: Products is wonderfully easy to use and the integration with Internet Truckstop is a nice feature to have. Other features such as the dashboard give a good read of where things are at a glance.

It is easy to use and provides the info need to make decisions.

I like being able to see who clicks on our loads so I can follow up with them to see if they have questions.

My overall experience has been great using this service.I keep my trucks loaded with the best market rates available.

ITS has been a good product for us. We do not use it to its full capability but have been happy with the parts we use.

I initially went with ITS Dispatch because of the Truckstop brand however now I’m regretting my decision. They have not put forth the effort to maintain the system.

Easy to use, We like the cloud based as we can access it anywhere. Wish it integrated with Rand McNally  and Drive Axle.

Simple and still comprehensive. We like all the integrations that make it easy to plug into other things.

No easy way to pay truck owner and driver without complicated maneuvering. There is NO way for you to self upload FUEL into system.
