Ease of use, Phone app works very similar to the desk top version. Reasonable and quick return of  investment.

The ease of installation and the cost made me give great ratings.

With the use of FleetLocate program we are able to track our equipment more effectively and cost efficiently.

I don't like some of the reports. I was a little confused and I had to call tech support to set up the reports.

Communication to customers, directing drivers to locations, monitoring driving habits and streamlining drive time has been a great benefit by using fleetlocate.

Something happens and we stop getting alerts. Sometimes vehicles stop tracking.

The portal is extremely easy to use and set up vehicles, geofences and run mileage reports.

I don't know if this is a problem with software, but there are times when FleetLocate can't tell me exactly where our trucks are. It will only give the street name and city or just the city.

Overall a savings in our overhead and can only hope that they upgrade the software to include better service, then what we are having now.

Lag time can be off but it's not too big of a problem.

The tablet are user friendly and the drivers picked up using the program with minimal training. I also am a big fan of the alerts.

I've only had to all them twice (and not because of a problem we were experiencing with the software or equipment), but both times the representative was very friendly and efficient.

The functionality of the software for the price is very good. It gets the job done that we needed to have done.

Therefore there may be extra time spent undoing things and putting them back to what it was if you remember what you did wrong or lost. This is the greatest obstacle to this software.

I love the ease of finding closest routes & adding students.

I also love the videos that are setup to take you through step by step when you are in unfamiliar areas. I have used other software's that were not user friendly.

On regular routes I cannot get road speeds set up properly to put correct pickup and drop off times on the route. I have to change them manually.

The way the phone numbers come in from Skyward are a little off. Quite a few of my students have no phone number entries so I have to go to Skyward to find them under the emergency contact page.

There is a button to click that i just sometimes forget to click and it brings in the home address instead. The box pops up and tells me what to do but it doesn't always get clicked.

I like the ease of use and the personal Tech Support.

Daily routing is great and being able to bring up student information quickly is a real asset.

What I like most about this software is its ability to manage all the areas of Student Transportation. Transportation is so much more than just knowing where to pick-up and drop-off students.

Also sometimes the stop route for calculating route time has some glitches to it after geocoding is done.

Staff is Always Very Friendly and Helpful. Ve told many different school districts, LYNX is one of the Best tools I’ve found that helps me do my job efficiently.

Lynx is easy to learn and to use. Lynx is a capable routing software for school buses and Lynx is great for student data management.

Our county is unique in that we use a lot of fire numbers as addresses. Makes it harder for Lynx to pinpoint the correct address.

I don't like that they appear as bus stops on our route sheet documents.
