The navigation of the administrators webpage is super easy. I can quickly and easily find messages or logs or documents.

I love how easy this product is for my to drivers to use. Even my drivers who are not use to using electronics, catch on very quickly.

Once you are sold the ELD's you will be billed wrong amounts- trying to correct it or return eld's is almost impossible-  you will wait then they will hang up.

I like that this program is easy to use. Prior to our Company switching to a different program that integrated with our Company radios, and GPS, our drivers used KeepTruckin.

If you have to have and ELD this one is a good choice for the ease of reporting, inspection mode, compliance, customer service.

This company is being very unfair to their clients. We end up buying two systems (ELDs) for same truck just because of their system limitations and they will not refund for the extra system.

This has been a super easy transition. It's easy for the drivers and easy for me to track and keep up with my drivers.

After the ELD was mandatory by the federal government, had to implement something. KeepTruckin seemed to be the best choice.

It is very user friendly compared to other products I have inquired about and heard through other drivers. Im glad is isnt a hard wired system like some others.

The problems we faced were similar to any other driver. HOS problems, keeping track of freight , maintenance on the vehicles.

Their app IS helping me keep my trucks compliant and legal. When I DO need support both the response and turnaround time are awesome.

It's very good at tracking and for running reports for your need taxes and keeping everything in one easy to access place.

It tracks mileage and fmcsa required breaks with ease. The price is also reasonable for the price.

Drawing reports can be complicated and clunky. In particular selecting date values is irritating.

Upon realizing that their product is of no use to us they refused to give us our money back.

Almost seamless in operation with great support from the support staff. The PDF logs are great for tax reporting and everything I need is available while driving.

When we first went live with the software, we received a bad bunch of devices; however they rectified the situation as quickly as they could.

Otherwise, he did not mention any changed on my previous contract, but the price. I regret to sign it because I was completely deceived by him.

I was charged $600 without my authorization for service I didn't want to renew. And they never reimbursed me for it.

The dashcam works great too. Both the back-office portal and the driver app are very intuitive.

It’s been pretty easy dealing with Keeptruckin. Prices have been good & any issues with equipment has been resolved in a timely manner.

Great platform, we switched to smart moving when we needed a more comprehensive platform for storage.

I struggle a bit with multi day shipments myself. I don't use the payroll feature because its just not setup practically for me.

As an accountant for residential moving companies, SmartMoving has been an essential part of making our client's books accurate and detailed. How SmartMoving syncs up with QBO is a fantastic feature.

The inventory screen on the customer side is hands down the best of any moving software I have used, but more importantly, that's what my customers think as well.

Smartmoving has allowed me and my supervisors to save lots of time now that we use digital BOLs. The estimating software is great and I love  how it gives you a ballpark average right on the spot.

No truck management feature which we really wanted to have.

Accounting section is very hard to understand.

Everything about this software is great. Dispatch is easy to use and comes with the Smartmoving Crew App, the estimations are on point, this works well with accounting, and so much more.

So I looked at other options and I found SmartMoving. No contracts, better price, but more importantly a much better software.

We installed in 7 weeks, we brought some legal documents over, customer support and training was excellent as were the video training.

Ease of use and the UI/UX is inviting. While it's a powerful product, it's also intuitive to begin using from day 1.

The app does not have a way to track employees hours without a manual entry for each shift. No calendar view on the Crew app.
