Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • A very safe and efficient tool as an option for tracking access too good. A positive highlight is its light action of processing access and low internet bandwidth usage.
  • What I liked most about this software is the ease of the support team to be able to have access to the associate's system to help with troubleshooting steps.
  • My experience with this software had been wonderful. The flexibility of the app, easy access, and the entire developer options makes it convenient for me to use and I admire not a lot.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes when connectivity problems arise than very hard to get it done in time. On that time you are tired.
  • When working with users that have multiple monitors, it can become difficult to view both screens at once. Text size is normally too small and going back and forth between monitors is frustrating.
  • I have yet to have a negative experience using this software and do not have any cons to report.

  • Pros

  • Brilliant, we've been with them for 4-5 years now after switching from Log me in as they put their prices up just as we expanded our team, ISL were great to deal with.
  • Has the ability to take full admin access as well which is great for those locked down scenarios. The new iOS/Android option is fantastic for supporting mobile apps.
  • I like the Cost- and the ease of use of this tool. I started with using the prepaid version and later on used the subscription, the change to the latter product was seamless, Excellent.
  • Cons

  • Launching the software by clients is difficult; it just stops when the money runs out usually when i am on the client system and i dont know until i find the email warning me.
  • Occasional trouble with admin rights on domain-based user login PCs.
  • I got a bit confused about how to make the unattended-access feature work, but I'll get back to that.
