  • Pros

  • Probably most helpful is the ability to create and track service tickets all from emails. For those users who are a bit more saavy the web interface is great and provides a more robust experience.
  • Flexible and very user friendly. We have utilized this module of the system now for over 2 years and we find it one of the best Asset Tracking systems attached to our helpdesk application.
  • The portability and mobility of the platform are outstanding. The tools are integrated seamlessly.
  • Cons

  • Only recently have they added time sheets, routing rules, and triggers. The reporting is poor as well with little options for custom reports.
  • I asked specifically if we need to back up any configurations before we do that and was told no that it should carry over. After the upgrade, none of the syncing configurations carried over.
  • You're limited to just the options they give you. Since it's web based they can't really customize anything directly for you because it will impact all of their customers.

  • This software is amazing to use, the ease of access and ability to get around on makes this a great tool for employee's to check banking/personal info.
  • I like being able to take care of HR related things remotely. And I appreciate time keeping, benefits enrollment, etc all being in the same location.
  • I love how easy it is to find answers to all of my HR questions. I especially appreciate the ability to review/update/sign up for the benefits provided by my organization.
  • Cons

  • Expensive to customize and can be a bit frustrating if not customized. PeopleSoft can be built to work well with your company and the stock software can be frustrating without that custom investment.
  • The view Customer Account screen is awful. It doesn't follow the basic chart of accounts and order of credit/debits paid on students original balance.
  • In spite of the fact that this isn't always a bad thing, you must always stop working while technology specialists provide technical support, which is inconvenient at times.
