Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The backend editor is simple and intuitive. The customer service is incredible.

  • Love this product! Super cost effective because of the you can customize it to fit you needs. Also, their customer service team is knowledgeable and accessible.

  • Cons

  • The only negative thing I can come up with is that you need to know HTLM to fix some thing's, but with a quick phone call, the problem is fixed faster than we ever could do.

  • Not much, maybe more language interface (French for example). 1 more admin licence with the basic subscription would be nice.

  • Pros

  • I like that it's extremely fast to connect into devices. The UI is very responsive as well so it makes navigating and connecting VERY fast. I have had excellent session quality with this product.

  • Great tool for remote sessions. Easy to access as a user and easy to provide to clients requiring assistance.

  • Cons

  • Set up is a little demanding but their customer service reps helped. It is also a little slow, there is a definite lag especially when opening reports.

  • If you forget your password it locks you out for quite a while before being able to log back in again.
