  • Pros

  • Costumization of the chat box but also messages and other cool features that would make it so helpful.
  • It's awesome as I can serve my customers from anywhere. Another fantastic feature that I love is the flawless integration into the website.
  • Cons

  • The internet is a risky place, and people tend to always be worried about their information being shared.
  • On occasion LiveChat will loop in connect mode and stay stuck. I have had customers angry or more angry because they end up having to call anyway.

  • Used this in a big corporation nationally and is a great means to communicate with multiple departments and ensure everyone has the same information.
  • It's a simple and cost effective way to give employees a portal for expressing certain things - think of it as an internal social network.
  • Cons

  • The way it displays/sorts the feed is just confusing and unintuitive. Makes it hard to find specific posts.
  • There is a lack of consistency when tagging people. Names display first/last and last/first which can be annoying.
