We began using AdaCare in December of 2017 and I have been very impressed by the changes and additions that have been made that make everything easier - from scheduling to billing.

AdaCare is simple to use and I have never heard a team member to complain about the software.

This is a user friendly scheduling software, with very competitive priceing. Plenty of reports to help you manage your staff.

Excellent customer service, easy to use, I especially appreciate that the folders are easy to understand and do not use synonomous statements.

The software is simple and easy to navigate through. I like being able to look up any schedule and with a simple click you can make changes in a schedule.

There do not seem to be many features and the system will sometimes make changes by accident when using mobile devise.

The ease of use and the information that can be entered. Payroll is also essential and is an easily accessible tool to use.

Limited functionality in some areas. There was no functionality to view client and caregiver schedules overlapping, do a monthly view, or email client schedules directly.

We are just completing the ContinuLink implementation for our agency. The revenue cycle management and authorization tracking with real-time payer verification is wonderful.

Any suggestion in the past years from their support did not solve the invoicing problems.

It creates a weekly nightmare of manually adjusting wrong line items and sitting there with your calculator adding up the new totals.

Its a wonderful benefit to have the Help desk help when we need it. New issues arise all the time due to many changes with the Industry and the Software changes.

It is very user friendly. I was able to navigate through the system finding answer to information I needed to imput.

Overall we have been able to streamline many processes. I have been able to customize the software to help compliance with supervisory visits, Non Coverage/Discharge notices and documentation.

In fact, I  now have doubled my revenue and have not had to add an additional back office staff person to manage the growth.

Hard to use, poor training support, too many chiefs and not indians.

Mobile edge has been easy to learn and easy to use.

When creating the PAS if you enter the wrong disciple or care plan name you cannot go back and revise and that is frustrating.

AdaCare is a cloud-based home care scheduling system. Features include smart scheduling, marketing, client & staff management, EVV clock in & out by telephone or GPS, digital signatures, billing and payroll tools, care plans & ADLs, a staff portal, and unlimited customer training & support.


AdaCare’s scheduling considers skills, geographic zones, and the client’s home environment to suggest the best available caregivers. AdaCare keeps track of staff records in one place with names, addresses, telephone numbers, email, CEUs, and work history.
