They also have a great solution for communication called CareVoyant Messaging. For us, a big plus was being able to build our specialty program goals and interventions right into the system.

They listen to our needs and are quick implement any necessary upgrades. Very easy to use and learn.

They have a wonderful Support Staff that will answer any questions you might have and the program's flexibility will astound you.

I lost good employees because they were so frustrated with the software. We left Carevoyant after using them for 15 months.

Cons: Creating Staff buy in is always a challenge, but we went from having no software to having it in the home and that is a difficult process to change.

They are easy to talk to and engage in meaningful software discussions.

We like CV in that they have 1 database for both divisions. One entry for the client and one entry for the employee... not  dual databases for each.

We found if you are looking for the lines of business that I mentioned, it is the best fit. CV's  owner,  their support and develop teams are invested in making the product the best that it can be.

Extreme Flexibility and customisation. Point of Care integrates with every part of the business.

Customer service is great. Everyone  in the company is very friendly and helpful.

Many features, always looking to improve user experience, up on regulations and security, great support.

We utilize it for Home Health Care Medicare certified visits. We also utilize it for our private duty custodial care services.

Its capability in census billing and cost share management is outstanding. The vendor holds and annual conference that is quite good.

Documentation on the software is lacking. It can be difficult at first to learn the processes of how to do things correctly.

Support is quick and helpful. The company as a whole has great people and improving their system.

Lack in documentation but again they are updating as requested as much as possible.

We like the ease of use and the fact that it is fairly easy to customize to our needs. CareVoyant staff, including tech support, are very friendly and helpful as well as easily accessible.

I have watched the application grow over the years and am pleased with the changes made. Staff and owner really listen to their clients and are interested in making the product better.

HCHB has a multitude of integrations for supporting our nurses including integrations with patient data, physician office integration, payroll, and others.

There is some ease of use for practitioners on tablets. I cannot think of much else that I find as positive.

This software has been essential to keeping track of when to contact family members and other loved ones.

Horrific and unnecessary hundreds of questions and tabs.

Easy to clock in and out of work as well as view schedule. Good way to keep on top of job and communicate with team members.

This review does not even mention to broken link between HCHB and PointCare (the tablet version for field clinicians).

Overall content with use. Use it weekly at part-time job and makes clocking in super easy.

It works well for me personally, however I would appreciate an app and alerts when I have work to do on it.

It is quite simple and easy to use for Home Health agencies and Hospices. I approve orders in it and it takes me literally 3 clicks and steps.

For some reason you can only type in capital letters (which makes distinguishing between pt (patient) and PT (Physical Therapist) annoying.

Waiting around for office staff to change codes, add visits, process work que is extremely slow. Buddy codes are a mess for large organization.

A loss of money and you will work much more with no compensation. Additionally, my patients fall asleep during assessment and documentation, and I had to wake them 2 or 3 times during.

Some of the stops require HCHB to intervene. While I at times understand I think it should be a the agencies discretion.

All of my coworkers at that company were great and care about the patients, but this software was a millstone around our neck.

Demographics info available immediately. The pros for office staff and billing purposes are readily apparent and this is the major advantage.

I would imaging training costs are low. Tracking referrals is very easy.

It is difficult to retrieve information as it requires backtracking again through screen after screen.

We feel supported when needed and really appreciate the customer support re structure that is going on at this time.

Inflexible, difficult to use when cellular coverage is limited.

Can be confusing to navigate on mobile device and still haven't figured out full its'capabilities yet.

HCHB training was very poor- many staff at hchb don't seem to understand their own system.

Back office assignment and management using this software has been chaotic and frankly necglectful. This software has prompted an incompetent and irresponsible relationship to patients.

I like how easy the program is to navigate and chart in. I also really like the workflow set up and idg set up.

For a long time I would refuse to work at any company that did not value their patients only their bottom line as proven by their use of this terrible system.

I love this software...I've used brightree/Matrixcare also in another position and HC/HB is sooo much better.

Since day one from the trainers to customer support, it has been a positive experience.

The tablet is very difficult to work on , and whoever designed this program has no I repeat no healthcare experience.

Android only, this makes hardware just as big of a problem as the EMR itself. We have been sticking android tablets with poor hardware as the developers refuse to make an apple port for this.

Why do I need to repeat my answer 3 different times. Coworkers hate it, patients hate it because I'm in their house twice as long, just documenting.
