When we presented our needs in detail many times over, they agreed they could handle them in the end, they were unstable and unable to deliver.

However, we only used it to dispatch work to our mobile techs and that part worked seamless. The techs loved the simplicity of the software.

That didn't change the fact that FieldLocate is an inferior product with no real support.

If you look on their website and talk to them, they will sell you the world. The invoicing is pathetic on this software.

Their licensing practices -- with the annual commitment -- is unfriendly and unusual in the software licensing world, in my experience. Terrible overall experience.

Since then the support from FieldAware has virtually disappeared and 3Plenish have been close to useless.

I use this software on a daily basis for my job. After the recent set of updates it has improved it hugely.

They never delivered what was asked of them. When I tried to break the contract, because I was not receiving what was promised, the threatened to sue me.

It is goos and easy to use software. It help to organise operation.

It's easy to sort through the customers with the search feature, and the itemizer allows our techs to better organize our parts cost.

Customer service is not consistent on there advise. Setting up the software to track key customer information is difficult, and report design is very limited.

The technical help is immediate and effective.

They fix one problem with sync and another arises.

FieldAware has been an extremely stable and reliable platform for us, functioning without fail and providing good standard features. But I am particularly happy with the ability to customize fields.

FieldAware is visually easy to read, quick to dispatch and the setup and implementation is quick.

The road-map process for new feature requests can be vague at times.

Overall, fieldaware has been a great fit for our company.

The mobile app is very user friendly and works good. The price book is very easy to set up.

The software WHEN it works is good, adding photos into job sheets is easy and creating job sheets on the fly is good.

Ease of use, pictures, and operation. Dispatching was smooth and reports are good.

The inability to get Field Locate to  SYNCH with Quick Books is a major disappointment for our administrative staff and management. This very feature was a major part of my purchasing decision.

FieldAware makes it easy to manage field crews.

Reporting is very limited, Customer service is quite bad.

Poor integration options. Not modeled to improve field performance in ways you might expect from typical service management software.

It doesn't work properly and the support is terrible.

The scheduler itself is really handy and a great way to keep an eye on who is where.

No default tax setting, and difficult to carry out some requests with the ipad version.

When we first implemented this program we discovered very quickly how limited this program is.

The software could be great if managed correctly but their back office team have no care about customer service.

Overall it was very easy to use and it would be great to use with your team.

It is sometimes prone to crash or log you out automatically which makes tracking hours more difficult.

It is easy enough to use. The menu is user friendly and there are not too many levels.

Task delegation and tracking its progress is made easy by Hubstaff. Whether you have an online task or a task that require some field work you can track the task progress using this application.

We are very satisfied with the overall product. The customer service is very prompt and friendly.

Our office selected Hubstaff as it was a lot more seamless and easy to use (as well as integrated into the browser) than the other options it had considered.

This software needs some serious TLC if it's going to accuse someone for not doing something when it is obvious they are.

It's nice because you can config the hourly rate of the collaborator, and when the team member starts the timer, it automatically starts to calculate the total amount of money gained on that period.

Being able to track my activity and see where I need to improve is what I love about Hubstaff.

Not being able to prepopulate the timesheets, even by a couple of minutes, is annoying.

The best thing which I like the most that we make send a lot of proposals/application to customers. And the other thing is that the buyers will also response to every application of your.

What I love most about this software is its accuracy. You can really track your teammates work progress and see if they are really doing their jobs during their shift.

Hubstaff is a great tool. It's really simple to use and it's even fun and motivating to check the amount that you are going to receive bases on the work time.

The integration options and having the Hubstaff support chat always available is a good nice benefit.

It is an absolutely amazing platform and we love it. Any questions you may have the support staff is always willing to help out and go above and beyond.

Its clean interface is great for generating reports to ensure you're billing accurately. Furthermore, I love that it has apps for Mac, Windows and Linux.

It is fairly easy to train employees on how to use and the integration for the employer are great like automated payment and paypal integration.

The ease of use and wonderful customer service. I like this as an alternative to our prior platform am as well as our contractors prefer it.

The only complaint y a user interface problem, sometimes when you minimize and open the tool again, it may not display the buttons correctly, and it might be required to close it and reopen it.
