It's easy to get used to it and teach your employees to use it. The scheduling system and billing system are the best. Billing is done fast and if there's a problem, you can run a report to catch it. #### Cons Sometimes it's hard for the caregiver to download the app and it's hard for us to give out the mistake right away. #### Reasons for choosing HHAeXchange The price is the same but we have more features with HHA. #### Reasons for switching to HHAeXchange The schedules in HHA are perfect, if you need to make a change, it's easy. --- ### Never use this horrific software. No incentive was offered Extremely horrific. It has been an utter nightmare. Imagine spending hours per day fixing glitches HHAeXchange creates. Imagine asking for their support staff to fix those problems just to get a response stating that they are closing the ticket. I honestly can not imagine a worse EMR. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 1/5 - Value for money: 1/5 - Customer support: 1/5 - Functionality: 1/5 #### Pros Nothing! Literally every single aspect is horrific. I am forced to use it as Texas only allows HHAeXchange to collect EVV data. I would leave in a heartbeat if allowed to do so. It is free for us to use and I would rather pay thousands a month to get away from it....that is how bad it is. #### Cons It is incredibly glitchy and extremely slow. It takes 30 seconds or more to open notes. It appears to be old technology especially when compared to KanTime and CubHub. #### Reasons for choosing HHAeXchange We had no choice, Texas made us use HHAeXchange to collect EVV data. As things stand, I know very few people who actually feel good about having HAH Exch (Managed Care plans require the use of this system in New Jersey. Otherwise I would have dropped them. You are required to send an email to get a ticket generated. You are lucky if they respond within a week, and often with something compeletely unrelated to what you inquired about. #### Reasons for switching to HHAeXchange We are required to switch to HHA Exch by our insurance payor. We did not mind it till we found out what a nightmare it is to deal with HHHA Exch.
