It's easy to get used to it and teach your employees to use it. The scheduling system and billing system are the best. Billing is done fast and if there's a problem, you can run a report to catch it. Cons: Sometimes it's hard for the caregiver to download the app and it's hard for us to give out the mistake right away. As things stand, I know very few people who actually feel good about having HAH Exch (Managed Care plans require the use of this system in New Jersey. Otherwise I would have dropped them. I know many others in the same situation. Cons: There is no customer service to speak of. You are required to send an email to get a ticket generated. You are lucky if they respond within a week, and often with something compeletely unrelated to what you inquired about. Reasons for switching to HHAeXchange We are required to switch to HHA Exch by our insurance payor. We did not mind it till we found out what a nightmare it is to deal with HHHA Exch.
