Pros
- The design is clear, patient's charts are easy to navigate. I like the Sticky Notes section so that team members can leave notes for each other that isn't part of the official medical chart.
- Also they have great security measures to protect your account as well as customer service.
Cons
- I also dislike some of the formatting on different forms (ie: some boxes for narrative responses are too small to read the entire response).
- I have had trouble uploading pictures to a patient's chart (e.g. a photo of a patient's advanced directive) and usually have to sent to medical records team for them to upload it themselves.
Pros
- The product is very user friendly, I liked the scheduling system for our caregivers to clock in and out also to send notifications. Run reports and uploading documents.
- It was more cost effective. We are a small business and they offered what was suitable to our company.
Cons
- I do not have any issues with the software. IfI do have a problem, a quick phone call to their customer support team usually solves the problem.
- Can't track which user in our company made a change to our data in Rosemark. No audit trail of user actions is what I am referring to.
