It is super easy to use and not time consuming like some of the other home health programs I know. I love that I don't have to spend hours documenting with this program.

Oasis forms are some times disorganized and then the computer will kick me off the program.

Simple navigation, easy communication ability, visually appealing.

Ease of use, good customer support, overall ease to plot visits and document notes, ability to communicate on messenger.

The user interface and user unfriendliness of this software is ridiculous.

Some features are redundant and most of the time,  it takes so long and so slow to log in. Logging in is so frustrating because it takes too long especially when using internet explorer.

What I love about the software is the Ease of Use and User Friendly Functions.

I like the fax feature, the main dashboard, and the reports section the most. The fax feature, you can attach to the patient's chart which is good.

Perfect is better than the old software we used, but lacks a few key things.

The best part about Perfect is the administrative and the back office information. Great for running reports.

I like that I can create any kind of report that I need and that I can add as many contacts as I need.

I have now used 4 different home health software programs. This is by far the worst.

Support team are very nice and friendly. Software is very flexible depending on the needs of each agency.

There are alot of glitches. At times there are glitches the whole day and interrupts my work.

The customer service is great too. Very helpful and can be contacted with ease.

It can integrate with health agencies. The advantage is too keep the data in just one place that can be shared with administrative department from health agencies.

I had a very good exerperience with program. My learning curve had to do with my supervisor not giving me the training.

Inability to carryover information from consecutive note to next without cutting and pasting material from previous document.

Much detailed, more compliant with Medicare rules and great customer support always available and they are so friendly.

Overall I would recommend this company to fellow agencies. The staff are friendly, the software is easy to maneuver, and it has all the features you can ask for for half the price.

The missing Face to Face should be an error and not a warning.

I have emailed customer support as well and always have had a good response.

There are glitches in some reporting, causing frustration and delay of tasks, errors. Too many questions on forms that are more or less not helpful, causing more work for clinicians.

I find at least two charts with this issue per day. This has been going on for over two weeks with no plan to fix the corruption on their end, only for the user to submit a ticket then it gets fixed.

I like the fact of submitting patient data in PIM information rolls over to clinical portion effective immediately.

Very nice personnel - very prompt in attempting to rectify issues.
