  • Pros

  • On top of having an excellent product, the team at Home Inspector Pro and the owner are accessible and respond quickly to support issues.
  • Quick to use in the field and easy to edit once you get the hang of it.
  • Cons

  • If I have to put something here, the only thing I can think of is sometimes it highlights a word to inform me spelling is wrong, But when I check, the spelling is correct.
  • It is hard to be able to update from a phone when you need to quickly update a report for a client or agent.

  • The product’s ability to seamlessly and efficiently integrate so much of what I need to run my business. The aesthetic appeal to clients and agents (the design and report layout are awesome).
  • From schedule, to bookkeeping, to payments, to great reports. I get 5 star reviews constantly because of how the report looks and how clients love how easy it is to read.
  • Cons

  • I felt a feature was missing and almost before I could complain it was added.
  • InterNACHI Buy Back, Blipp review). I have to use another software vendor for CRM because of the lack of intergradations.
