It connects seamlessly with the Best Western rewards system to enroll guests and retrieve rewards accounts. The process of creating a reservation is efficient and can be accomplished on one screen, except for entering credit card information. Cons: The direct billing and creation of statements and invoices could be improved in order to be able to create statements with individually selected invoices instead of a date range. It would be beneficial to see the Do Not Rent flag on each reservation instead of guest profiles. It was fixed back to they way it was. I'm the one that had to make it work so it wouldn't look like we were double billing the guest in the credit card companies eyes. It didn't take long for them to fix it. Cons: When brought to their attention they had to send it to a higher level tech. I love this PMS system. It is so easy to navigate through. I could do it in my sleep. Cons: The only thing that I would like to see changed is making multiple reservations at a time. Install....easy. Learning/teaching...piece of cake. This PMS is built to ease operational stress. There has never been a problem that has not been resolved....now saying that I have found some things that were not supposed to be possible to do but the JC team worked through it to get it corrected and kept me in the loop through the entire process. I don't like the new Jonas chorum layout of dashboard and wasted space which requires rolling down on screen and extra unnecessary clicks required to simply check a guest in.
