Pros/Cons
Pros
- It’s easy to handle and very helpful. Customer service it’s the best, they always help you and teach new techniques to improve.
- Best value we have ever seen which means a great help for small business owners like Wilsons Bed and Breakfast.
- Every function along with any changes that need to be made are real time and always correct. The staff is amazing and the fact that I was able to build this PMS in less than four weeks was amazing.
Cons
- Change this, it serves no purpose, but to aggravate the Innkeepers. The accounting end is complicated, no logical process, typical Geek mentality and no common sense.
- I was utterly shocked to see that coming from the Support team as this comes at a high level of risk to the property given that the resort will be held accountable for the confirmation email.
- The Booking Engine - not flexible enough. PIE - trialled but the rate shopper took the wrong rates, not BAR so rate shopping comparison was useless to us.
Pros
- The Help you actually receive @ the help desk. They are always polite, helpful and follow through with calling you back if need be.
- The triggered correspondence and ability to send SMS to our in house guests are great features. Some of the reports are very helpful.
- Clean screen and in and out screen are easy to view and understand what is happening in house. Fairly user friendly and I like how their are multiple ways to do one thing.
Cons
- It stays stuck on somewhere in Florida, which is frustrating when you try to tell the weather to a guest.
- There is nothing that I can condider that I am unhappy with or does not meet my needs.
- Not being able to tokenize something and pre auth at the same time. Looks bad when swiping guest card twice.
