Pros/Cons

Pros
Easy to use interface, very intuitive tape chart for current reservations.
The reservation software is intuitive, as it is easy to navigate, set permissions, adjust document templates, set rate floors and run reports.

Cons
Probably the discounting and putting sale prices on the system could use a little improvement but it still works well.
Some features are difficult to find on your own, but their customer service is excellent.

Pros
I love the look & feel of the site! It's easy to set up even for a non technical person.
This system is very user friendly. It basically walks you through each step to take. Very easy to understand.

Cons
It could offer more channel managers and the menus could be a bit more intuitive - but overall a great value for money product.
Poor spelling and grammar throughout the website, poor layout, website keeps locking me out and never registered me as an "owner" therefore I cannot make edits. Customer service does not respond.
