  • Pros

  • Great customer service, relatively easy to use, excellent channel manger to most booking sites, functionality continues to improve over time.
  • The integration and change was so simple and the support from Little Hotelier was amazing. The Reports section is so helpful with the day to day accounting.
  • Excellent Channel Manager software, and Payment software, integrated with booking calendar in Front Desk. Unbelievably friendly and helpful customer support and training video resources.
  • Cons

  • Made for Australian market, has been in US for one year (only), and still no support for Discover cards. Horrible useless reporting module.
  • Poorly run and seems impossible to get to speak to anyone at LH. Problems with refunds last year and this year simply stopped forwarding funds so had over £25000 trapped in their system.
  • No alerts are sent when there is a problem that can potentially affect a number users. Therefore you don't know if its your problem or a overall problem.

  • SiteMinder is a very good product and is nice and simple to use. Their support staff are always helpful whenever I call them.
  • The website templates are also great, ease to use and fast. Its a tool that does what is meant to, helps you save time and helps you sell more.
  • The support for new set-ups is amazing and couldn't be better. From the technical part like developments and features we would be happy for some update of what is in the making.
  • Cons

  • It displays the lowest starting price rather than the cost you are about to pay, it then displays the cost on the next step in tiny font which is very misleading.
  • Lack of feature for membership, confirmation and unable to repush failed sync reservations.
  • Customer Support is the worst I've ever experienced. I've had people from the support team being very rude and impatient on the phone.
