Pros
- I am often blown away with how Justworks follows up with tools for me to use and to make sure I had my questions resolved. I also appreciate that I can take care of my team all in one place.
- They are constantly evolving and rolling out more benefits to their customers. In addition, their customer support is some of the best I've experienced.
Cons
- I don't think there are any features missing from Justworks.
- The Help and Support are useless, they direct me to unrelated articles. I get too many emails - it is hard to determine when I need to act or when it is spam in disguise.
Pros
- The best advantage for me is I can run reports to see which appraisals are in progress, finished, etc. It makes it very easy to follow up with staff and ensure they complete appraisals on time.
- Product support has been excellent (staff is patient, responsive, friendly, very knowledable and customer focused). The product has exceeded my expectations.
Cons
- No personal customer service - always on the phone and remotely located. Also seems to offer features we don't know how to use, often has errors (dates are wrong) and it's not easy to make changes.
- The only complaint I have had is that we have a handful of employees who either don't have access to a computer or are terrified of computers.
