One of the Best ATS out there - and I have used a few!

Honestly one of the best applicant tracking systems I have used... if not the top one!

Pros

User friendly; easy integrations; incredibly quick setup

Cons

Amount of info can be overwhelming, especially for a coordinator having to deal with dozens of different roles

Great customer support - Awesome UX - huge potential on the second and third layer

Pros

• friendly and empathic support stuff - instant feedback
• great PMO Tool via Asana
• sales and implementation team was great (sales sold tools not really available tho)

Cons

• some tools and perks are too stiff and should be customizable (e.g. auto-text, candidate pictures, sequence of job postings)
• the reporting dashboard should have a individual configuration option as well

Good for a small-mid sized company

It was ok. I've had better experiences with other ATS's however, Lever would be one of the top 3 out there.

Pros

Has most of the capabilities you need at a talent acquisition professional.

Cons

The customer support took quite long to get back to you if you needed to make any changes or had questions whereas an ATS like Greenhouse, has live chat. For a fast paced, high growth company, time is critical and having the ability to make changes on the fly is very important.

You need to contact support to make any changes to your interview workflows. This was a very big pain point.

Intuitive and very simple

Pros

Lever is a good ATS for startups and growing recruiting functions. It is simple to easy, easy to ramp up on, and very intuitive. Most new team members have no trouble adjusting to Lever and comfortably using it. You can often play around and find answers to your questions without having to reach out to support.

Cons

Too simple at times. Could be a bit more robust in its functionality. We often run into issues with integration via other softwares or our accounts.

Lever Review

We are a small to medium sized Australian tech company and we recently implemented Lever. I could not praise CSR our Implementation Specialist enough for all the help she gave us throughout the implementation. As Lever is a US company CSR was on a different time zone to Australia but was always there to help no matter what time of day it was. Lever itself is a fantastic ATS, their API is robust so it integrates with lots of other tools. It is a simple system to use with good UX. The only con I would have is that it is focused on the US market more so than Australia.

Pros

-Simplicity
-Ease of use
-Good customer support
-Good integration API
-Great reporting functionality.

Cons

-More suited to US market - doesnt integrate with alot of Australian systems.
-Although it integrates with Seek you still have to post the advert in Seek so it doubles up the work.

Love using this ATS

Overall, I have always enjoyed using Lever and have appreciated the feature and integrations updates they have continued to make over the years which has definitely improved the ease of use.

Pros

I have been a champion for Lever since I began using it over 4 years ago. It's an ideal ATS for small recruiting teams and has helped streamline the recruiting process while being the source of record for candidates. The platform has great integrations with sourcing tools, hiring platforms, and new-hire tools like background checks and HRIS systems. Overall, I have really enjoyed my time using this platform.

Cons

The cost can be pretty high for the basic software so I'm some smaller companies or startups would not be able to afford this technology.
I've always struggled with the reporting section. I find it highly confusing and I don't always feel the data is 100% correct. This can be hard as reporting on data in Recruiting is very important, and you want that data to be correct if sharing it with the leadership team or hiring managers.

Love LEVER! It is an amazing ATS for our company. The software is organized and easy to use!

Cons

CUSTOMER SERVICE: horrible! There is NO phone service available for the customer service team, and that is insane. When asked why... The rep let me know they are "too busy now" to speak on the phone.

Great Product

We just completed our implementation and so far are very happy with Lever. My team has only been using it for a few weeks and already feel very comfortable with it. Each week we hold office hours to ask questions, and this week there were no questions.

Lever is a Big Help to Your Recruitment Needs

Having many features and friendly tools, plus a very responsive support team makes Lever a must have application. I just have to double check to make sure the security of the data.

Recruiting made easier!

This software is extremely helpful since HR concerns are quite complicated. It makes us do our work diligently. This software is worth it's price.

Pros

Lever is one of the best modern recruiting software available in the market nowadays. It's algorithms makes hiring process simple and the way they do the Applicant Tracking System is superb. No more messy paper works and chaotic system. Thanks to this software the recruitment process is now effiecient and more systematic than before.

Cons

Most of the time, it is experiencing system glitches that maybe a results of their updates thus disrupting our hiring process. When it breaks down, we're back to doing things manually. They can do better than that. I am hoping they also do routinely maintenance check and notifying users ahead of time of possible disruptions so we can have our back up plans.

I will definitely continue using this app. I liked its simplicity yet it is highly functional.

Pros

It is easy to use. User friendly. Interface is not complicated and very easy to navigate. It made our job so much easier after using this app. It helps in filtering the applicants that we are looking for based on our company’s needs and qualification.

A great UX experience

It really solves my challenge of having candidates in one place, the communication and scheduling externally and internally.

Pros

I really like the intuitive and straight forward UX. It's easy, as you start to use the software, how to add more levels of features to your daily use and even better how my colleagues can interact efficiently without having to know the system inside out. It's a great product!

Lever provided us with simple solutions to our problems. Candidate tracking and assessment are indeed easier with Lever. It manages resumes and applications sent. Lever Hire

Pros

Lever Hire is a great tool for structuring interviews to make sure interviewers touch upon key subjects, core competencies, etc. As the interviewer, using Level following the interview is super easy and allows for a consistent approach to evaluate candidates and provide feedback to the recruiting team. It has increased efficiency for me following interviews and has cut down on time between interview and the recruiter being able to follow up with the candidate.

Cons

When someone mentions you in a note, it sends an email, but there's not an easy way to respond to the mention. It would be great if the email included a way to respond. Also, I don't think there is a mobile app and having an app would be really useful
