Lever offers automated workflows, integrated sourcing tools and interview scheduling. Lever also has employee referral functionality, including shareable job links for LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, as well as a Google Chrome extension that allows employees to put a referral in the company pipeline from their browser.

I love Lever!

Pros

Lever is an awesome product that is easy to use and gives great data back to the team to help improve recruitment practices. Everyone I've worked with on the Lever team is super knowledgeable about the product super helpful. I can't say enough good things about them!

Cons

There are a few tweaks that I would make to the product that are hard-coded into the product. I'd love to see more flexibility on some of these components in the future.

Great User Friendly ATS

Pros

Very straightforward and easy as a user. The UI is clear very user-friendly where once I started using it I was able to do what I needed to do without asking much questions. It is simple and does what you need

Cons

Some of the reporting capabilities are not what I would like, but I can work around that. Also, some of the tabs to be able to filter are not as clear to me.

Moving into Lever

Pros

We used different ATS system before which didn't integrate AI but with the help of this feature in Lever we have been able to acheive better results in our recruitment processes.

Cons

The pipeline changes can be detremental at times if you don't sort it out at the start.

Pros

Get the job done and is relatively easy to use. It's convenient that you can generate platform specific links to share on social media.

Cons

Nothing really stands out about it, it was fine overall from the standpoint of an employee submitting referrals.

ATS for agencies

Lever is our ATS system, we use it to manage approximately 50 recruitment processes for multiple clients at the same time. We implemented it a few months ago and it made our work much easier and enabled analysis.

Pros

- Great reports that are easy to generate,
- Easy tracking of application source,
- Useful tamplets,
- Easy teamwork,
- Full linkedin integration,
- GDPR friendly,
- Great UX (intuitive),

Cons

- no possibility to peronalize the job ad image - when I post on social media it's always one the same picture,

Not only for your internal HR

Pros

I think that the biggest pros about that software are the ease of changing the position of candidates in the pipeline and the number of integration with the other tools like job boards, slack end so on. Also, the process of making job ads is simple and easy so it doesn't take much time.

Cons

I don't really like that you cannot change the pipeline during the recruitment process because it affects data's analysis so you have to rethink it twice before making a decision.

Lever works

I think it's been great! Honestly, I've been happy with Lever and my customer support has always been able to help me via the chat box

Pros

It looks clean, minimalist design and it works! It tracks applicants, stores notes, easily accessible by people who "follow" a job and can view all candidates. Has easy "reminder" functions to enter feedback. Everything can be customized.

Cons

It's easy to add templates - but to remove you need to contact support and they remove it from the backend. There is no live person to chat on the phone with, everything is done through a chat box (which is fine with me, but other teammates don't like it)

I'm not a fan of the analytics, but my company prefers to keep their own since we have multiple offices/locations that use Lever and we can't all rely on different offices for using the same functions.

It is an okay ATS but there are definitely better other options.

Pros

I liked the ease of scheduling espeically when for engineering onsites which tend to have 4-5 back to back slots that it updated with ease.

Cons

The UI and the initutivieness of this ATS was not as great as I would want it to be.

I use Lever as the Head of Talent for a start up in San Francisco.

Pros

Lever Nurture Campaign is a great tool to create automated recruiting drip email campaigns. This is not a tool you can find in Greenhouse

Cons

Terrible UI, just shades of grey. The workflow isn't intuitive. Its not customizable at all. You have to get someone in support to change some of the fields in your scorecard.

We love Lever!

My team and I really love using lever as our recruitment tools! No clutter, simple and easy to use. With the support team and our Implementation Specialist, Rain, we already learned everything in Lever only in 1 month! Recommended tools for recruitment.

Pros

They have their own page. Even though our website hasn't been launched yet, we can just copy and paste the Lever link and everybody can apply! Hassle free.

Cons

To change pipeline, I need to contact the support team instead of doing it myself. There are 13hr differences, so my team need to wait for 1 day until the changes applied in our lever.

The easiest way to manage recruitment processes

I'm glad that my company invested in ATS like this. All my work is so much nicer and easier! I feel like someone remembers things that would be hard to manage by my own. I feel like it helps to organize better and moreover it increases an effectiveness.

Pros

I really appreciate how intuitive the software is. Also, it's very handful for every recruiter - I don't need any assistant to remember about meetings, candidates who prefer contact in the couple next months etc.
I had a chance to create my own steps of the recruitment process and templates, I have all data in one place! Lever also cares about GDPR and job board which is beyond helpful.

Cons

I would love to have a "freeze option" which would be very nice in case of a process which is stopped for a while.

Lever New User

My overall experience with Lever is very positive. I have experienced other applicant tracking systems and this one is much easier to use for the company and the candidate. I would encourage companies to look into this system if they are seeking a different software.

Pros

I like the simplicity of the software. Candidates can easily just upload their resume and it's done. I have heard many complaints before about how tedious it is for people to apply for jobs. This software makes the user experience much easier.
I also like how you can message other people, such as hiring managers, inside the candidates profile to bring awareness to the candidate or something on their profile. That is a cool feature.

Cons

What I like least is that it was sending our emails to candidates spam. It took us a while to figure it out, but we did.
