Overall it was good customer service got back to me and we fixed the issue, and the healthcare/budgeting aspect is useful.

I would suggest adding a feature of when payroll is processed on the employee dashboard to avoid this.

We've had a great experience with TriNet and will continue to use the platform. It's very easy to get a member of TriNet's support team on the phone (within a minute) if we need assistance.

I really liked the personal service TriNet used to provide. However, they have changed their Customer Service model to more of a call center instead of having two people assigned to each client.

Quite possibly the worst company we work with.

They refused to confirm my employment via phone because it was against their policy.

I love that TriNet just takes care of everything for you, they really are a full featured offering that has everything you need for HR/Payroll and benefits.

They failed to deliver on specific requests multiple times. I had to ask to change my payroll service agent because he did not know the law or the platform well.

I don't have enough time to list them all but here are the highlights: (1) They have made several serious mistakes in payroll that caused my and my team countless lost hours.

They did upgrade some of the web software but there are still places where you click and find yourself in the old horrible software that is klunky and difficult to use.

Benefit selection for Small companies is excellent - variety and pricing. Our increase in rates over the past 2 years has been only about 5% per year.

Overall we're very satisfied with TriNet - from the benefits offered to the functionality of the portal and the webinars provided to educate our staff on best practices.

I just recently started using Trinet for our benefits and payroll provider. As an employee, it's a very easy process to get started adding direct deposit, declaring benefits, documents, etc.

I like how easily I can manage things on here-how much goes into which account and budgeting, as well as my health insurance.

The best part about Tri Net is customer support.

I liked that all employee benefits were under the trinet system.

The rest of the software feels archaic and the customer service model revamp is a disaster.

Our company had no cohesive, one stop shop for all of the services TriNet provides until we switched to TriNet, so it solved all of our problems with one software.

The sheer variety of options and capabilities is  excellent. Very good insurance options offered throughout the country.

I like the interface for the product; from an administrator's perspective it's fairly easy to use with no training.

Now I have to start all over with someone else who has no idea what they're talking about. Have you ever worked with Comcast before.

The payroll invoice and payroll register are very clear and easy to use. I love that once you enter an employee's basic information, the employee logs into the portal and registers for benefits, etc.

Overall I was happy with Trinet. The main thing was that everything was accessible through the single dashboard which makes all the difference.

Trinet has many reports and emails and alerts but you can't find these hidden prices any where. Avoid them at all costs because on top of these scam prices, their service is horrible.

TriNet offers a great end-to-end platform to operate our Human Resources. We also love TriNet's customer service.

Had high expectations from the sale and they completely failed to deliver.

It was super easy to integrate with our ATS. It remains one of my favorite on-lie Job Boards.

A barrage of SPAM after they got my email, most fake jobs that have expired away back and many subscribers are there to copy each others jobs.

The amount of spam we get is crazy. Applicants that are fake or are really not interested is high.

It's a great platform to find the business opportunities and apply for jobs you like and want to grow.

More annoying then anything. Removing about 100+ emails a day for a state i no longer live in is a pain in the butt.

The most important feature I liked about this software is that it makes a positive interface and is feels good when you login and apply to jobs.

Given the deceptive nature of the advertising I am fearful that it will be extremely difficult to terminate.

Friendly and also professional. Message feature is great and it can help you save a lot of time, while still knowing your are getting one of the best services.

On mobile, I have scrolled through jobs and accidentally hit quick apply with no real way to un-apply which can be annoying.

Only that some of the work at home jobs I noticed there were duplicate entries. I ran into one scam, where I was sent a fraudulent money order.

Sometimes the job listings were spamming up my email and I found it frustrating to unsubscribe to all the different types of emails I was receiving from it.

Zip recruiter has been great, a really essential part of my job search. I check the notification emails every day and always have some good offers and opportunities in there.

Other than having too many unrelated emails about insurance companies; it is a great resource to help find jobs in your area and for your desired salary.
