They system frequently goes offline, sometimes for days, and this completely shuts down an agency.

The product itself is functional and easy to use.

Its very simple to follow and use, i love it ITS EASY TO FOLLOW, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SOFTWARE TO ALL COMPANIES.

Amazing software managing or help us manage our agency in the most efficient manner. The most user friendly and perfect.

Being able to text a client directly from the system is very handy and time saving. One of the best updates that they have had.

There are so many things to list. And with every update the system keeps improving.

Hawksoft is economical and offers great growth opportunity for the agency. Their support is knowledgeable and quick.

Enables you to manage engagements with customers and track past history of communications. This helps with resolving future issues.

I love that they listen to my ideas regarding improvement and are almost always ready with helpful  solutions to my concerns.

I don't expect it to be everything to my agency but HS seems to try to be that which I dislike.

We have had a good experience with their customer services. They are always happy to help with any issue that pops up for us.

We like the functionality and the quality of the support team, plus how it easily integrates with external applications (Outlook, QuickBooks and DocuSign).

Sometimes it will lag a little while typing and the screen will jitter while in the internal Internet Explorer browser.

The carrier integration is great, with the carriers that will download to it. I feel that the customer pipeline could use some work and be able to provide more features.

The team at hawksoft are worth every penny in customer service , fast , reliable and courteous and in ten years that is impressive.

Somewhat limited in servicing complex commercial accounts.

I'm actually struggling with finding something I don't like about HawkSoft.

The software is super user friendly and Hawksoft's support staff is even more so.

Customer service is outstanding, the initial training for the system for our staff was very good...that was not my experience at all with AMS.

Unfortunately the company that runs the cloud service for Hawksoft does a poor job witch reflects poorly on Hawksoft.

It is so easy to navigate. Rarely ever have any problems and if we do customer service is quick and friendly.

I am able to find clients very easy and update information.

I most appreciate the support and dedication of Hawksoft to help us succeed in using Hawksoft.

The functionality on the commercial side of things lack a bit but Hawksoft is working on it diligently.

Overall, I have had better experience with other management systems. I feel like there is just too much to process.

The rates come in very close and some are dead on. And if I have any questions, they are always quick to respond.

It has saved me so much time from going into each company and trying it myself, they make it quick and user friendly.

It’s better to call tech support with EZLynx than sending in a ticket through their automated reporting. This is a great tool that we are able to use to highly improve efficiency.

We no longer need to go into each company's website to do quotes. We go to this website, and it is a one-stop shop to compare pricing initially.

You start looking elsewhere and think about a divorce because you can't take the excuses, the apathy, unreliability, extra time and effort that affects your productivity.

Terrible reporting features, not able to run birthdays with everything else. Bad customer support/on boarding and training.

I would give this five stars, it will save you a ton of time if you represent a large number of companies.

I like the compatibility this software has with multiple insurance companies and being able to rate policies fairly quickly.

The mobile versions are great. I love the texting ability and all the text messages sync  with the insureds file.

Obtaining accurate reports is very difficult. They are often broken and will timeout during download.

I was so hopeful and excited by the pitch and product potential. But just like romance, after the honeymoon you see what life with your partner is really like.

They checked and it's not the carriers request that answers affecting rating are missing or the question is missing completely.

I expected disruption for 2 months-it's been over 4 so far.

Virtually non-existent customer support with reporting problems; no one is empowered to do anything.

Very easy to use and very helpful when extracting monthly reports.

I am imputing everything into the system myself. You say you pay for onboarding - it is a lot of works.

Trying to build a new report is even worse. The customer support for reporting is non-existent.

I love the concept of this product. The idea of receiving multiple quotes but only having to input information once is very appealing.

I cancelled it a while back. N ow I'm looking at switching to PL rater because they say their prefill works plus they have integration with mvrs to look up tickets and accident.

I love that when you have leads that come in from a lead generator the information is automatically in EZlynx.

Overall, we enjoyed Ezlynx. Would recommend to other agencies.
