It was a great integration product for our office.

A bit confusing to find chats and Cant see names of groups.

This is a great tool we use to communicate with everyone in our office. I like how it’s specifically used for that feature.

We also have regulations in our industry to keep certain conversations confidential from other staff. Office chat was the perfect fit for us.

Price is very good also. One thing I REALLY like is that it shows two green ticks once it has been delivered so that I know it has actually reached the other person and I dont need to follow it up.

Our office needs a safe, HIPPA protected and encrypted chat and so far this software is doing a good job.

I love the software because of its ease of use and ease of deployment; encrypted IM without the headache.

The ease of deployment was the best feature. The administrative console was user friendly, and easy to navigate.

Finally, the live chat support is incredible. Chatting with a real person  who can walk you through any use of the product and takes your live feedback is outstanding, especially for the cost.

The only thing I dislike - and it is a STRONG dislike - is that when it comes on it automatically takes precedence.

While it's a relatively small complaint in the grand scheme of things, this lack of visual awareness may confuse new users.

One of the best features of Office Chat is its ability to organize and categorize multiple group chats within the program.

I also love that we can mark a message as important. Being able to create an account for each group we work with has also been wonderful.

Office Chat is a perfect solution for small business owners.

Notifications don't always work, resulting in missed messages. Sound doesn't always go through headphones, no matter how many times I adjust the setting.

Overall, this is a great app to communicate within a company with each other.

This allows them to respond on their own time. It's the perfect tool when talking something out is easier than emailing it or texting.

Some clients don’t like installing the app, or having another way to communicate outside of their normal channels.

I like the push to talk walkie talkie feature, the ability to answer in text as well and have it all on a separate app in real time.

The perfect tool when verbal communication is better than email.

Once you work through the settings/notifications, you are good to go.

This is a simple and non-intrusive app which I think the designers have done a great job. Simple to use and intuitive.

It's so easy to use- and I like that you can either hold the 'button' like a walkie or push to start and push to end.

Voxer is an easy to use push to talk communication tool that works like a walkie talkie. You can send audio messages  and text messages to your connected friends or employees.

I am the type that needs to have no notifications on their phone.

It is missing the key functionality of a real walkie-talkie, which is holding to actually reach the other persons microphone.

Using Voxer Business has been overall a great experience. It's super easy to understand and makes communication a cinch.

The notification noise is a bit disturbing and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. It also kept loading my contacts after being asked to stop.

Overall easy to use and convenient. Makes it easy to listen and respond when the time is right.

The thing that I don't like about the software is that the software isn't really talked about or used by lot of people.

If you don't like having to type everything out, Voxer is a great app to have for voice messaging. It is very user friendly.

Sometimes it would glitch and the messages wouldn’t play or disappear.

Voxer is excellent for sending quick voice messages. Easy to use and messages are clear.

I think the guides are pretty useful and easy to digest.
