My overall experience is awesome with WooCommerce therefore I love WooCommerce.

However, I can see if folks are not inclined to be DIY about this they might be annoyed with the lack of documentation WITHIN Wordpress.

I have been working on WooCommerce for years and found it very easy and useful to build eCommerce stores with big community support.

The fact that you can quickly install and create a complete e-commerce website without knowing any bit of coding is just so amazing. And best of all, it's free.

Upgrades often happen and when a non developer encounters conflict from upgrades they need a developer to fix it, it would be better if clients or non-developer can fix any upgrade conflicts.

I had a problem with the library contents at the beginning of each year and we changed the server file permissions.

My overall experience is, as well as for developers and beginners it's the best plugin. It's an easy to use full package and the most important thing is, it's free.

I love how I can customize my checkout with the different versions & plug-ins. WooCommerce is easy to use to newbies like myself.

It helps in converting visitors of your platform into loyal customers as it is embedded with customizable features and functions for making your store attractive for customers.

The order management is very complicated. Can be difficult for the ones who have less or no experience in the web development field.

The setup process is really confusing and clunky, and those new to WordPress etc will certainly struggle.

Almost every extension that I've used with this plugin is free which is a good thing when you have a tight budget.

Can be very confusing with all the thousand plugins you must use to keep it running. It updates to a new version to much.

Ease Of Use -  It is very easy to use Woo Commerce in WordPress. Lots of Extensions : You can use lots of Extensions with WooCommerce.

The fact that it integrates perfectly with Wordpress was the major reason. The flexibility the system allows is magnificent: you can create, alter themes, add or change code where and how you want.

You can also integrate print-on-demand stores like Printful into your Woocommerce store which is one of the best features.

A great solution to save costs versus paid solutions, or to add custom functionality through plugins or your own coding.

The extension is costly for small business. And sometimes plugin is getting an error and the customer services nobody is there to help.

The performance of the product is questionable. We are using it with WooCommerce WPML and there are some real performance concerns.

Customer support has got to be some of the worst that I have ever had with any software that I have ever had. If they respond at all, it usually takes several days and is rarely helpful.

A great start to E Commerce and store building it's worth having a good look at WooCommerce when you apply your theme and before you spend money on a paid store theme.

It has an extensive library of plugins to extend functionality. There's a great user community around WooCommerce since its so widely used.

Customer Service was horrible. You could not talk to someone when you wanted to.

It was simple enough, even for a novice user like myself. The fact I could integrate it with my bank account and automatically enter expenses and raise invoices with my own branding etc. was great.

The single most annoying thing about it is the support.

The FreshBooks/Xero integration stopped working around 2017 (I don't know why; each company blames the other).

We were currently using Quickbooks, which had, at the time, very limited cloub-based capability. Xero looked great, was easy to use, and made it possible for our virtual team to work together.

I love how easy it is to sync bank feeds and reconcile transactions. I love the rule feature that allows me to set my routine transactions to the correct COA.

There is more information in the project tabs than what you can obtain in the report which is disappointing.

I believe Xero have captured a very nice niche of the industry with it's very business orientated user interface and simplisitic feel. It makes accounting somewhat fun for the business owner.

Ve not used the full power of Xero yet but so far it’s been great in helping me keep track of real time spending etc. It’s certainly an asset to the business and I’m learning more as I use it.

Finances are easier to keep up to date and more frequently, the software updates are seamless, the reports are great, the integrations are outstanding, and the service is super.

Every feature I need is an extra add on charge. The remember me at login does not work and I have to waste time with 2 step login every time I leave the computer for 5 minutes.

Xero has been a great experience for me. If you want software that can automatically allocate transactions when and where you need them to go, save yourself time and check out Xero.

Great software, price is affordable for small businesses.

Xero is easy to use (with a little direction perhaps) and it's been great for invoicing, payroll, and tracking our finances.

Easy to share with accountants. A thoughtful social enterprise discount given too.

And there are odd glitches in the reporting (cannot recall all the details now, I only have one client left using this app) that I had to watch out for.
