In particular the new modern UI has been great.

Slight delay in sending a message in chat - not sure if it went and then seconds later the response will pop up.

There are definitely excellent tools in the market for chat support but for us Comm100 worked the best. We have expanded it to our intranet, agents and customers for communication.

There is a lack of themes and customization. It doesnt 't include templates for some rare cases which makes it less flexible in problem-solving.

Pros: easy to use like the canned messages. Also like that it is mobile friendly.

People love the personal aspect that they are talking to someone real not a computer. It's also very nice to be able to have multiple operators.

When there are problems it can be a bit of a blackbox. No real troubleshooting tools.

I can track visitors in real time and talk to them proactively. It integrates with Comm100 Ticket, great feature.

Ease of  setup and customization was great in getting everything going.

Comm100 has excellent features, a good range of tools and is well-priced compared to some competitors. It's not as cheap as some alternatives but you really do get what pay for with Comm100.

Inserting template messages is easy and useful. Comm100 tracks the visitor behavior and this enables us to act quicker on queries.

The inability to send messages as a supervisor in a chat being handled by another agent. Sending them directly to the agent means they are often missed.

I have used Slack, Teamwork Chat before, but Rocket Chat is very economical to me ( free- minus the VPS cost). ANd it has everything we need.

It has some great features and it's great that you have so much control over the software as administrator.

Also, for those of us who do have cameras, the default initial setting for a call should be camera OFF for heavens sake. There have already been a couple of embarrassing accidents.

Chat has me pretty amazed how feature rich rocket chat really is. Make sure if you want video chat capability to enable JITSI in the server admin console.

Rocket chat community support is very good. We can subscribe to different global channels for gaining knowledge.

It is not obvious which sections apply to which sections when you mess around with the font/color/style/formatting.

It's easy to use, didn't cost anything (if self-hosted) and helps us meet EU-GDPR requirements. Further it provides a nice app and a community, that constantly improves the chat and features.

The messaging is robust, and the voice quality is good. Overall, Rocket Chat is extremely solid, plenty strong enough to be used in a mission-critical capacity.

We love that there is an on-premise option for security. The chat features are intuitive and easy to use.

Chat is great in terms of the fact that it allows you to manage your own chat server without having to go through third party services and paid subscription plans.

Per-user pricing model is still to high for a chat, and limitation of push notifications is a problem for mobile user support.

Friendly designed interface and this tool supports LDAP. Funny and creative emojis that helps in delivering the messages in a more innovative manner.

The fact of being logged out anytime it gets an update is a little bit annoying in my opinion, but after a login everything is back to normality.
