  • Pros

  • The nice thing about this tool is how simple you can connect your Dialogflow robot to here.
  • Customer service is helpful. Good layouts and ease of scheduling.
  • Cons

  • There are no big issues with Tiledesk generally, the fact is that the software and the company both are new in the field and still evolving to meet the high standards.
  • No context in the conversation, I can't follow up a conversation very far, cant store data and webhooks are very confusing.

  • One thing I love the most about this software is the speed, the way it loads rapidly and ability to communicate with customers instantly is what makes me love the app.
  • WhatsApp is the best messaging app on the market, and what I like best about it is the WhatsApp Web, where I can exchange information from my computer to my phone much more quickly.
  • Cons

  • Lost my old contact no so lost all old contacts, so many irrelevant addition to promotional group once I shared contact with someone.
  • What bothers me is that it can be used for illegal activity because of the design of the app.
